Returns

1. Puppies

  • We want to make sure your puppy is a good match for you. If there is a problem, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your puppy.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges of puppies after this period, but we will work with you if there are any health or adjustment issues.

2. Products

  • If you are not satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.
  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • To start a return, contact us at info@greatdanehaven.com for return instructions.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and let you know if your refund is approved.

  • For puppies, we do not offer full refunds unless there is a serious health issue verified by a licensed vet.
